Instead, you can suggest loads be generated based on customer addresses and delivery dates from sales orders for a certain planned delivery using the load building workbench.
The origin and destination hubs of the route plan for scheduled routes will be set. For all portions, the shipping carrier and service will often be the same, though they can vary. The postal codes of the consumers who are visited along the path are used to generate the destination hubs.
For a single route plan, various route schedules can be created. A route guide must be connected to the route plan. For planned journeys, the plan can only be connected to one route guide, though.
Only the actual routes on the Route schedule page are created using the route schedule. When you propose loads on the Load building workbench, you can use the default load template.
4. Load Building Workbench
The load building workbench proposes a load using the client addresses, delivery dates, and available scheduled routes from sales orders. On the workbench, the values from the route are automatically entered.
You can, however, use a "from" date that is earlier than the routes "from" date. The delivery address and date of all open sales orders are compared when a load is suggested. The sales order for the load is proposed if the delivery address's postal code coincides with that of a hub in the route plan and if the delivery date falls within the parameters that were chosen in the criteria. The load template's capacity is also taken into account.
