Business Central is licensed per named user, per month: Essentials costs $80/user/month, Premium costs $110/user/month, and Team Members cost $8/user/month (Microsoft US list prices).
Premium includes everything in Essentials plus Manufacturing and Service Management. Field Service is not part of Business Central; it is a separate Dynamics 365 app.
Licensing is primarily done through named user subscriptions. There are two types of Dynamics 365 users. There are two types of users: "full users" and "light users." Full users are those whose work requires the application's functionality.
Implementation is a one-time cost that depends mainly on company size, number of entities, customization and integrations. Typical ranges:
